Which Executive Privilege are they claiming?

Now, I have not read much on this topic lately regarding Presidential Executive Privilege, but late Friday - December 6, 2008 the roster who watches the hen house, Committee Henry Waxman, put out their report on the Administration's claim on Executive Privilege.
